Met the main thing a place to sleep We were in Baton Rouge for games at LSU but there was a Garth Brooks concert at LSU Saturday so hotels were sold out for miles and miles. This was the best rated hotel we could find and it did what we needed in we had a place to sleep. We had very little interaction with anyone other than to check in and she did assist in making sure we had an accessible room. Just enough for 1 night! There was a shift change when we checked. I’ll start there…we were given a room…go to the room…attempted to open…the latch was on…it was occupied!! Someone was sleeping with tv on. We go back downstairs to get a new one. Get to that room…it hasn’t been cleaned!!! At this point. I’m livid, and don’t know what to think about the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! The room was as described!! They had warned us of Renovations going on ! The price was very reasonable! The room was very clean! Parking was excellent! Great location for us as we where attending a family wedding nearby! Would stay there again!!!
