Plain trash Plain trash. Do not believe the 8.4 rating you see online. Stinky trash under sink, blood on pillow case, light bulbs burned out, ceiling tiles missing, and laundry was out of order.

My review of the legacy suites hotel The room was despicable. The management has been nothing but rude.
As we entered the front entry looked really nice. As we checked in the lady wasnt very friendly. She was checking us in and said oh i see yall used expedia. The she asked for a credit card which i thought was weird but ok maybe they wasnt a card on file incase of damage. Got to room they charged us again even though we paid through Expedia. Went back down stairs after a few min and after her finally getting manager they did a refund but took forever for them to print me a receipt incase it doesnt go back on card. Worse than terrible. If I ever stay at Legacy Suites again, it'll be too soon! Upon arrival, I was notified that the elevator was broken and from the looks of the sign, it has been broken a while. I'm disabled and had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to my room. There's no breakfast at the hotel, but was told that next door there's a gas station with deli. That in itself was another ordeal. Run down and out of order We were there for a wedding for 2 nights. The hotel elevator was broken and remained broken our entire stay,hmm on vacation the last thing my husband wanted to do was carry ALL our luggage up 3 flights of stairs and back down again when we left!!! The coke machines were ALL out of order!! We had 4 in our room and were given 2 towels, 2 wash cloths daily when we asked for more we were told there was a shortage!?!? I wish the other issues would have been bought to my attention, but I can assure you I will have a conversation with housekeeping.
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Upon arrival the hotel clerk was very professional and nice. She left and another hotel clerk took her place. We had stepped out for a minute when I came back to my room I noticed I had no sheets or pillows for the couch sofa so I called down and asked for some I was informed that the hotel was at capacity and that they didn't have any.
