Mark at the reception, he is a very nice man , helped me , the check in was so easy and fast

Shower curtain is falling off the wall from the brackets. The sink drain stopper is missing and the TV was not working. The HDMI cable was broken. Had a call two times for the front desk to bring me another one which no one fixed I had to fix it and change it myself.
