Mal olor, rica cama. Estamos claros que no es un hotel 5 estrellas, pero eso no impide que sea limpio y que el servicio sea bueno. El hotel en general huele horrible. Las alfombras del lobby huelen como a sudor y las del tercer piso, huelen a cigarro con marihuana, en general huele MUY MAL. La chica de la recepción, que estuvo en la mañana, es ESPECTACULAR!, tiene un don de servicio digno de un hotel 7 estrellas, pero los otros turnos, super mal encarados. No complimentary breakfast as advertised. The hotel allowed me to checkin an hour before the checkin-time, which was a sign of good service. However, I was dissapointed about the below: (1) I was sent an email after booking with the text: "Complimentary grab-and-go breakfast is available 6:00am-9:30am.". However, when I went to collect the breakfast to the lobby (at 8AM), only a coffee was available. The hotel is advertised as providing free breakfast (which is misleading and inaccurate). Goeie ligging maar oude vieze kamers Het hotel ligt op een zeer gunstige plek met een winkel mall aan de overkant en een bus die rechtstreeks naar Manhattan gaat om de hoek. De kamer was alleen wel outdated, stoffig en muf en is hoog aan renovatie toe. Je ziet dat het hier en daar bij getipt is op onprofessionele manier. Ook heb een helaas een kakkerlak aangetroffen tussen een badhanddoek. Ook hangen er veel “interessante” figuren rond met verschillende problemen onder andere verslavingen.
