The young lady at check in was amazing. It was during late hours and she had a hard time with her system but was able to accommodate myself and my girlfriend in a friendly and timely manner.

Extended stay I "Extended my stay" and needed additional towels but was told to go back to my room and bring down the dirties in exchange for clean towels. This was so disappointing especially since I had to leave an extra $100 deposit on my room. Wow
