Very good but it could be improved Everything was fine but for breakfast they only have muffins and granola bar, hot water for tea, black coffee and oatmeals with hot chocolate. Staff friendly and helpful.
The front desk staff (esp. Noelle & another staff member when I checked in) provide great friendly customer service. But the other property staff barged into my room even though I wasn't due to check out. She literally opened the door to try to get me out! Good thing I had the deadbolt in place.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I arrived a couple hours before check in started, so they didn't have a room ready yet. However, staff offered to store my luggage in a secured area while I visited the mall until my room was ready. It is within short walking distance of Mills mall, which also conveniently has a bus route that can take you directly to NYC. No transportation, no breakfast even know was advertised, room had bad smell, no housekeeping. I was told they clean the room every 2 weeks, we were there for 8 days seven nights my room was never clean. I will never stay here again
