Although the hotel was impressive inside & outside, as were the efficiency rooms, there were problems.The advertised pool is closed for the summer due to maintainence issues. The advertised free breakfast is actually avail only on weekends. The efficiency rooms don't have cooking,eating or drinking utensils. One desk staff on afternoon/nite shift on 5/30 had poor attitude. Both my and my husbands key didn't work when arrived back to room, when we went to front desk, the woman fixed the key but offered no appologies and had a... read more
