Wasn’t informed of hours free breakfast would be served—given info booklet at check in but hours for breakfast was blank. Hotel in good location—Dunkin Donuts was very close and so was Starbucks

I had the disabled room as requested; however, the phone in the room did not work and left me a message that the room was not occupied. I was unable to call the front desk with the room phone and be heard. When I tried to call the main number from my cell phone it rang busy all evening. I finally had to get dressed to go to the front desk. The bed was too high for me to get into with my disability. Apparently there was no step stool available on the property, which was my inquiry. I mean what do you expect for the price I do like staying at this hotel specially for the price but this particular stay my bathroom kept me up all night toilet making so many weird noises and when the light was on it made this annoying noise also to the point I would go with the lights off and they need better TVs super small and far away from bed and some channels wasn’t clear at all other then that wasn’t to bad of a stay

Receptionist could have been friendlier. The continental breakfast was not continental. They had nothing for children. My room had a dented refrigerator, paneling come off the countertop of the kitchenette. Wifi was terrible.
