I enjoy extended stay hotels... this branch impartial is very clean! The staff is friendly and it's quiet.

The room was dirty with stains on the counters, cabinets, and fridge door. Broken handle on the cabinets. Floors looked like they could use a cleaning. Curtain for the closet was dirty.

Absolutely great only because of all the peowhwork I went after leaving the hospital with pneumonia in both lungs because I could have quiet and be able to get rest also not have to leave for food could cook soup and what ever I wanted without having the hassle of having to get up and leave the room I was definitely in no shape to do that. The staff all knew I was sick and was looking for rest to recover. They went out of their way to ask when they saw me how I was doing and did I need anything. Easy access to I-476. Facility needs upgrading, painting, outside property needs some landscaping done. Had use air freshener, room had a musty smell, no do not disturb hangar, room numbering could be improved. Staff was very friendly. First room I was given wasn't clean, bed wasn't made, front desk apologized and got me another room. Upgrade the TV.
