No hot water in room! The room did NOT have any HOT WATER! I had already gotten unpacked, etc, so I did not feel like going back downstairs and asking for another room, etc....so I just took a (very cold) sponge bath. Unacceptable.

The property was clean and staff courteous and friendly. Liked having the kitchnette, but did not like that you had to ask seperately for even such basic things as shampoo, dish soap for kitchen, paper towels (which they did not have) or any dishware/utensils. Even coffee maker had to be requested! Usually if you have a kitchnette it comes with these things... atleast they did not charge for them...just a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, the room was quite nice...spacious, clean and plenty of seating when our kids came to visit.... read more
