My boyfriend like to stay here when we go to Boston but it seemed like any question my boyfriend asked the staff no one knew anything around or could tell us very much. They just told us to google everything.
Great staff made check in easy. Comfortable clean and quiet room. The rate was great and it’s convenient to where I need to be!

Mike who checked is on was fantastic, but i know its an extended stay, but regardless it wasnt cool with the smell of Marijuana wafing down the halls and the loud verbal fighting, and cussing. Overall it was clean but I wouldn't walk around without socks or slippers. Being in westlake, i didnt expect that. I would have expected it closer to downtown cleveland or brookpark.
