We had a decent stay, and Xavier was friendly and helpful with checking in and getting kitchen items. The room could have been cleaner and I would say the same about the property. Overall, it was fine and we slept ok and didn’t feel unsafe.

It was nice and resonably located for our trip to Salem only thing not enough towels and we had to take our used towels to front desk to get new ones so unheard of but other than that it was great and clean
Staff is always friendly, check in is always fast. There were a few ants in the bathroom and on the end table next to the bed.

Not impressed The room was mostly clean but trash had not been emptied, prior to our arrival. The mattress was rock hard and uncomfortable. The site was not super clean (elevator had lots of food crumbs and general dirt on the floor). The 'breakfast' consisted of coffee with no cream or milk available, oatmeal packets, hot cocoa packets, and just one flavor of small muffin. There were no coffee makers in the rooms either.
