Well maintained. The staff was accommodating but I just wish when a room change I requested is pricier. My fault too for not asking

It was spring break week and it was way too loud with other guests on 3rd floor along with 4th floor.
Overall, my stay was good. However, the tub faucets could use an update—the pull-up stick to access the shower was broken. Additionally, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to request them, but having basic dishes available in the room would be useful.

NO room service NO room service: terrible, if you need something you have to go personally to the lobby (get clean towels, shampoo, toilet paper, empty the trash can, etc)...
