When I first pulled into the hotel, I was skeptical. The surrounding area is industrial with a lot of foot and vehicle traffic. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The service was great, the room was clean, and the price was right. Easy access to Tacoma, surrounding parks including Mt. Rainier, and Sea/Tac airport. Id stay there again without hesitation.
Under staffed issues, made it challenging to get rooms cleaned or front desk services at night

Place is near the freeway and convenient.

The people was good for helping. My key card didn't work and the fixed it with smiles'
Lots left to desire It wasnt terrible however, with it being an extended stay there are some there for a longer while and while checking in a lady came down to get her packages from the desk, covered in food and barefoot. That was off putting. Our hallway stunk really nad like food our bathroom mirror/frame was covered in toothpaste splatter, and water pressure in the shower was lacking.
