Good hotel, but room was not cleaned. The bed was no made..when pulling the blanket, there was a pair of jeans underneath from the previous occupants. Had to call service for clean sheets and I made the beds. The bathroom was not clean, especially the shower. Nice hotel, but our room was not ready for new occupants.

Good location Room was very large clean but bathroom was still dirty and toilet did not flush correctly

Not to far from Seattle Hotel is OK but very close to the interstate. If you have a room on that side it is very noise.

Hotel near Port of Tacoma There seemed to be lots of workmen staying at the hotel which seemed natural for the area. When we first got there two people were helping one person and I was waiting for almost 6 minutes before they even said anything to me. When another person finally came to the desk she assisted me but went around the corner to use a computer over there and then shouted at me from that computer, even shouting my personal information for everyone to hear. Trip for car related activities - great location Perfect for Good Guys Car Show, Americas Car Museum, LeMay Car Collection and Griots Garage.

It served the purpose I needed it for, Location. This hotel was in a part of Tacoma that I didn't feel safe in!

The only problem I had with this stay is when I went to check-in their computers were down so I had to sit in the lobby for about 30 minutes until they asked me to pull up a confirmation email on my cellphone. Everything went smoothly after the fact and they also have smoking rooms.
