Easy to reach, friendly staff! Where to start... check-in took over an hour because we got in a few minutes too late (12:05 AM to be precise). Our rooms were clean upon check-in, with no visible signs of bed bugs or cockroaches, etc. We were immediately pleasantly surprised by the full sized refrigerators and mini kitchenettes in each room. Average If you want just a simple hotel for the night it's okay. Cleanliness was one of my issues, first room smell of fish, but they did give us another room. Carpet very worn. Place needs an upgrade for what they charge. Just average overall, but in a good location.

Hotel close to base The hotel was very clean and close to where we wanted to be since we were house hunting. I loved the fact we had a big fridge and the cleanliness of the room wasp good. I didn't like the breakfast. All that was given was coffee, granola and muffin. Not really standard for a continental breakfast or the price you paid for the hotel.

Had to come back three times before could check in and on third time the original room was still being cleaned. They finally switched us to a different room. Hotel was ok, staff was just there. Close food and highway access was best part.

Dinning out can be a challege. The location was close to freeway which made it nice to get around. Not many restaurants in the area, had to hope on the freeway to find a place for family dinning. Traffic in The Tacoma area is heavy so it takes a bit of time.
