The staff was fantastic.there was a weird smell in lobby. Bedso were comfortable. Traffic could be heavy getting in and out.

Basic accommodations in convenient spot Easy to get to from the interstate--about 40 minutes from downtown Seattle and 15 from Tacoma. Room was basic but functional. Front desk staff was very helpful. Refrigerator worked, had to ask for multiple hairdryers as the first one didn't work.

Attitude First of all, the front desk staff were very disrespectful. When I checked in, the lobby area stunk like cigarettes, I stood at the desk for approx. 5 minutes before someone even noticed I was standing there. She immediately demanded my ID, in which I gave it to her but was a little weirded out that she took a copy of it. I went thru the check in process. She eventually told me what the wifi password was and that there was a "free grab and go breakfast" (which wasn't even breakfast), she then through my room keys on... read more

working at the port the hotel is in an industrial type area. Lots of truck traffic, and the type that comes with it. not bad if you are working nearby. I would not recommend for a family stay.

Nice location, just over the bridge from Tacoma. Room was clean and comfortable, the best night sleep I has gotten on my whole vacation.
