Has a kitchen with nothing in it no dishes or pans to cook. Grab n go breakfast with no bowls for oatmeal. No hair dryers or lotion. Room was not cleaned each day by staff. Shower was leaking so low water pressure

Of the 2 bath towels, 1 was dirty. Obvious dirty smudges,hand wipe marks, and folded and put up on the rack.

Helpful staff The facility appeared well maintained and relatively clean - on the surface. Check-in was quick and seamless. The sofa bed was COMPLETELY unacceptable...springs poking through and very uncomfortable. Mattress cover also looked dirty. We had to place the cushions back on the sofa bed, under the sheet in order to use it!☹ There were NO utensils/dishes in kitchenette. If we had been staying longer this would have been an issue.
