Helpful staff The facility appeared well maintained and relatively clean - on the surface. Check-in was quick and seamless. The sofa bed was COMPLETELY unacceptable...springs poking through and very uncomfortable. Mattress cover also looked dirty. We had to place the cushions back on the sofa bed, under the sheet in order to use it!☹ There were NO utensils/dishes in kitchenette. If we had been staying longer this would have been an issue. Disappointing Sheets were not fresh,no soap or shampoo Not comforting for someone on the go

Everything was clean & the staff was great. We were close to some very nice restaurants and other places that were right in the area.

The most unpleasant part, the Only part is this feels like an apartment building with residents. Kind of like a halfway house. Ppl live there and depleted all hotel amenities for actual hotel guests. Very loud and smelly, like a low income project building. I didn’t feel safe in my room either. Area was fine and 3 mins to airport. Expedia needs to remove this and hotel should be 100% halfway house. Ppl were dealing drugs and smoking it by the side back door near stairwells.
