Exactly what i expected, except with a bit of a surprise. As always, the customer service was amazing! My stay would have been perfect if it wasnt for the room having a hint of smoke aroma and i noticed what appeared to be a bllod spot on the sheet. Fortunately, the sofa had a pull out bed and was comfortable!

We dont have proper vessels for cooking...some burners are not working

Terrible Terrible, dirty fridge, pillow cases were dirty I had to ask for clean ones, no wash cloths in bathroom had to as for them too, woke up to a roaches in the kitchen, bed was uncomfortable, it was not the hotel sofa comfortable type, very disappointed with the stay there
