kitchen was ok and clean but they were out of some utensils like forks. They didnt have our reservation (double queen) and couldnt give us a solution. They gave us instead a king room with double pull up coach... please throw away those spring mattresses inside the sofa, the carpet is more comfortable and clean. They were of completely no use

The receptionist/clerk was having a bad day with the computer being down, trouble with the internet and people lined up to check in but she handled it with a smile and a great attitude. I don't remember her name but she deserves all the kudos she can get.
I like the comfort of the bed. I disliked only having one washcloth and the old rusted in some spots not so clean refrigerator.

Need to request multiple times to get things done. Not good enough if you plan to stay longer
