I had placed several calls to the hotel and spoke with the front end desk lady I don't recall her name it was the evening woman. She was absolutely fantastic very pleasant and upon arrival at the hotel it was a pleasure dealing with her. My check in time was approximately fiveish.

Not sure if we would stay again... We had a significant issue with our room which the woman at the desk handled very well. Other than that, it was an okay stay.

Convenient location, nice linens, very comfortable sleep, and refreshing shower. HOWEVER - there was SUCH a foul odor on the 3rd floor, where our room was located. It was positively dreadful exiting the elevator for the bulk of our time with the hotel. It was a very particular odor, like oriental or middle eastern cuisine of some kind. We were sure someone was cooking,,,but how inconsiderate could they be??!!! The smells lingered in the corridor for hours and hours, well into next day.
