Nice hotel close to the TIA Friendly front desk. Clean & quiet rooms...size of room was nice and the air conditioning worked amazingly

Very comfortable and nice room with the exception of a few roaches. Hotel staff was excellent and very prompt to put me in another room due to A/C failure.

My stay was only 1 night, so my experience is really "first impressions". Hotel staff was really very nice, pleasant, helpful and professional. Overall the hotel looked fine, but the smell in the 2nd floor hallway to my room was not nice and not welcoming t all. Maybe it is just a humidity issue, but I think should be addressed. The toilet in my room had issues, running, leaking and creating a lot of moisture that could become a mold and health issue over time (not an issue for my 1 night stay, but pointing it out since it s... read more

Great place Great experience but there were several bugs in the room. Apparently they were common when its rainy there. They looked like Beatles. The front desk employees and maintenance staff were super friendly and helpful. I have stayed before and had a great experience and will stay again!!!

Very good for the price paid. Room was clean, staff was efficient. Room has a full size fridge Microwave and a small stove/oven. Everything worked, furniture was modern and in good repair, and the room was quite. Airport shuttle only runs once an hour and the breakfast is pretty sparse with only granola bars and coffee/tea. I would definitely stay here again.

Completely adequate for a short stay A completely adequate for a brief stay at airport hotel. Friendly reception late at night. Prompt shuttle service. If breakfast is important for you, this is not your place--only packaged foods, no fruit or eggs, nothing hot.

There were bugs in the room. Palmetto bugs. Pretty gross, but I was so tired I didn’t have time to pack up and change hotels.
