These rooms a huge and very comfortable. The full kitchen is a plus. Guests are too loud, but, I can't fault the hotel for this. Better sound proofing to quiet the room from rude guests would be great. My guess is, that would require a remodel of the hotel. Guests slam doors and kids run up and down the halls causing a disturbance. I did call to complain about a barking dog and guest services was friendly; but just didn't give me the impression that there was much they could do. Lack staffs, mostly self service. Spacious room, good for family with kids.
