Eh I tried to call the front desk to see if I could purchase some hairspray. The phone in the room couldn't be used at all. The Jack that plugs into the back was completely broken. Then I had to call the 1-800 number let them know the address of where I was staying so that they can give me the front desk number. Upon calling they didn't have hairspray no big deal.
