Not too bad Great price, great area. Unfortunately the tub bottom was all rusted so I had to put a towel down to be able to bathe. The toilet was very dirty. The top of fridge was super dusty. But overall I can’t complain. It was decent for what I needed it. Traveler from Orlando (2+ hours away) my dog needed emergency help at blue pearl hospital in Tampa and I needed a place to stay while he was overnighted. I’m grateful I was accommodated
