Amazing experience, from check in to check out! Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean property and clean room. Free grab and go breakfast is a plus!
The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and allowed us to check in early as we had to leave at 3:30am for our flight. She answered all of our questions, very informative about the area. The room was clean, no issues at all.
The room was renovated however there was no ice bucket with glasses. There was no coffee pot. There was no hairdryer. These are standard in good hotels.

The majority of the staff did not exhibit a welcoming demeanor. Specifically, one staff member failed to acknowledge my presence or respond to my expression of gratitude when I requested towels.

Staff was very friendly
The hotel staff was friendly. The building is very dated and the rooms have an odor that shows the age of the facility.
