The bed is great! Room, bathroom and kitchen are clean. The front desk night time manager is very kimd , welciming and helpful. Check in was a breeze.

Price was okay. A lot of shady characters hanging around in the parking lot. Wondered if my rental car would still be there in the morning. People must live here. I'm thinking FEMA is placing low income people here because of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. That needs to end. Need a better breakfast. That was ridiculous. People on 2nd floor not considerate of 1st floor guests. Bouncing and running around could be heard late into the night. Would not stay again. Great customer service. We had an ussue of a water flooding in our room and we were changed immediately.
Very very patient and professional front desk clerk. I think corporate should award her a bonus.

The room was very nice.Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, I only stayed Friday this Saturday.I had to leave early So I paid 2 nights but only stayed one cause.I had to get back home for an emergency.The hotel was quiet.The front desk staff were amazing.Both the morning lady and the one in that was there friday night
