I love the staff but hate the carpet. Morning and evening desk staff were soooo nice. They helped me get everything I needed. I also noticed the girl at the front desk during night shift treated ALL the guest with the same respectful demeanor. I thought i chose a hotel without carpet 🙄 guess not. Breakfast was fruit and individually wrapped muffins.

Necesita ser renovado El hotel está bien ubicado (frente a un mall) El Hotel y la habitación están limpios El personal serio - pero lo suficientemente amable Las instalaciones necesitan ser renovadas y actualizadas- El área de ingreso al hotel luce descuidada - las plantas tristes-

Para una noche que era lo que necesitaba me funcionó. No lo recomiendo para hospedarse de vacaciones.

Good overall stay, had no issue. Location is a little out so driving in necessary to restaurants and attractions. Would recommend for a quick stay.

I loved how quick everything was, both check-in and check-out. The staff was super attentive, the room was clean, and the bed was amazing. One thing I really liked was that the shower water could be adjusted exactly to the temperature you like. Everything was just perfect

1. I called ahead at 4pm to let them know that we were going to be a late check-in. I wish they would have offered to pre-check me in but they didn't offer it. Apparently after 1:30am they lose your reservation as a no-show. They were able to work through the issue and find a room for me. Even though it wasn't what I originally booked. I had booked a queen and I think all they had left was a full. 2. The hotel had some flaws like most hotels do.
