The continental breakfast was lacking in items. Only had muffins, oatmeal and coffee. But the price for a room last minute on a Friday night was good and 11:00am checkout was nice
Bed were uncomfortable and hard. Room smelled like wet carpet
Ok place to stay The hotel has what you need. The room was clean staff was friendly, but does not have a lot of amenities.
Good thing I didn't pay attention to the negative
Will stay again. Great little vaycay, lots of restaurants in walking distance and shopping just a short drive away.
Staff not customer focused We asked for early check in and we're told it was not available but they garantied a 3 pm check in. We arrives at 2:50 pm and the room was not ready. We were told it had to be cleaned. At 3:15 the room was room was still not ready so we sat in the lobby with all our luggage in tow. Not one employee appoliged for the delay or offered any compensation. We got into the room at about 3:30 still with no remorse from any employee!
