Temecula Wine Tasting. I liked the hotel room. It was great set-up and I liked the proximity to the wine-tours. It was a great pick-up location. However, I did find a spider which I stepped on in the morning right next to my bed. Maybe the hotel room can be cleaned a little more thoroughly beforehand.

Will be back again! Ignore the negative comments! I went on a solo trip to see the football game that Sunday. Honestly, I'm very pleased with the hotel despite of the negative reviews that have been left. Chris' customer service was on point. The staff was very friendly and helpful since I had lost my wallet. They were still able to check me in with an alternative form of identification. Room for improvement Free continental breakfast leaves room for improvement. Water flow from shower was very weak and slow. No spare toilet paper in the toilet. We had to ask for more. Elevators were tight and slow, and a bit bumpy.

Clean, cozy and zero amenities Nice floors, nice kitchen. Continental breakfast was awful. Although Chris at the front desk for check in was awesome, funny and very helpful, the girl at morning check out was very rude! She called my room at 11:14 and wanted to know when I was leaving, I told her I had a late check out and they gave me til 1:00pm and she said, "No! We only allow late check out til 12:00!" Budget hotel, clean and safe. Needed an affordable place to stay for sisters wedding, this was a good value. Clean, safe, and good location. No frills, but only used it to sleep and shower. Room was spacious, included a kitchenette, bed was extremely comfortable (have stayed in 5 stars where the beds were uncomfortable compared to this one), and AC worked quite well and was not very noisy.
