Room for improvement Free continental breakfast leaves room for improvement. Water flow from shower was very weak and slow. No spare toilet paper in the toilet. We had to ask for more. Elevators were tight and slow, and a bit bumpy.
Clean, cozy and zero amenities Nice floors, nice kitchen. Continental breakfast was awful. Although Chris at the front desk for check in was awesome, funny and very helpful, the girl at morning check out was very rude! She called my room at 11:14 and wanted to know when I was leaving, I told her I had a late check out and they gave me til 1:00pm and she said, "No! We only allow late check out til 12:00!" Budget hotel, clean and safe. Needed an affordable place to stay for sisters wedding, this was a good value. Clean, safe, and good location. No frills, but only used it to sleep and shower. Room was spacious, included a kitchenette, bed was extremely comfortable (have stayed in 5 stars where the beds were uncomfortable compared to this one), and AC worked quite well and was not very noisy. Awesome service!! Check in time wasn't until 3pm. We had traveled through the night and were very tired. We called the hotel and requested an early check in, they had a room ready for us by noon. That was awesome of them to cater to us and have it ready last minute. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone
