Could have been better. Disappointed at the fact they don't clean your room during your stay, only when you leave to get it ready for the next guest. The "continental" breakfast is the worst, only the coffee was good. Front desk service was good and decent. The lady brought me a hair dryer when needed. There is none in the room as usually in any hotel.
excellent this place was excellent. The staff was super friendly and polite. The cleanliness was better than the Yorba Linda place.
Pet friendly hotel Good place to stay if you have pets with you. Hotel older but clean...Close to Old Town Temecula.
Not too Shabby The room was nice and clean, however one of our rooms must have experienced a recent leak as the carpet was wet. We were woke up at 8am by a really loud engine revving, it went on for about an hour and nothing was ever done. Perhaps it was someone sleeping in their car and trying to keep warm, but it was rude to the rest of the people who paid to sleep in a hotel...they could have parked ANYWHERE else. It would have been nice if management could have done something about it, it was completely disruptive.

Dog friendly, but not perfect. Love the dog friendly part!! But we had one problem with our stay. At 11p the person in the hotel across from me started throwing her trash and old linens outside for pick up, she was taking a long time and each time she opened he door, she would let it slam closed. At midnight I had enough and called the front desk. The problem continued for another hous, often with her hitting my door. The next morning I asked what has happened and asked to talk to a manager. Definitely no frills..... Hotel is clean. No daily maid service unless you pay more. Room adequate but spartan. Toiletries: only ultra-small bottle of shampoo. Near freeway. Staff friendly, but do not go out of their way to assist.Example: I asked for, and received, a coffemaker for my room. When I asked for coffee, I got "the last one".
