Will definitely stay here again i was a little skeptical about staying here but now that i did, i will definitely go back. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we got there early since we were going on a wine tour and the girl at the front desk let us check in early without us even asking! That's a thumbs up in my book. Their breakfast is basic continental; muffins, apples, coffee nothing fancy, which I was expecting more but not a big deal. Comfort in the room Everything was good except for the air conditioner that can't be regulated to a comfortable temperature at night. It got stuck at 68 degrees and that's super cold for older people. The blankets could have been thicker to compensate with this.
convenient stay It was a comfortable stay and close to downtown Temecula.
Long weekend escape After reading some of the reviews I was a tiny be apprehensive about staying but I figured since I do not spend much time in the room I would give it a chance. Nice time in wine country Had a great time visiting friends and family. Nice room next to mall as well
Sufficient for what I needed I was a little disappointed as a business traveler that I would have to pay to upgrade my wifi to a level that would suffice for me to accomplish my work. I was unable to use any skype or streaming services without paying the extra fee.
Cleanliness of room Overall our stay was good; my friend found a hair in her bed, and housekeeping changed her sheets, there was an order in the room, we believe was coming from the air conditioner, toilet seat top had a black stain on it...The staff were friendly and accomdating.
