Pleasantly surprised Stayed here for Graduation ceremonies at the University of Toledo. About 15 minutes away from campus. Nice area next to a Road House. Place was nice, quiet. Coffee bar was good with snack bars and oat meal and fruit. First time staying in a Extended stay, oddly enough for only one night. Rooms are large with kitchen and stove. Full refrigerator. Would recommend it to friends and family.

The King room I asked for I didn't get it but the Manager give me 10percent off the rate. The room needed cleaning behind the nightstand and the leather chair was dusty. Over all the room ok and the bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

Convenient Location This hotel is located just off of I475, which makes it ideal for travelers going North and South through the area. Also, its location is very near good restaurants, gas stations, and stores. The kitchen in the room allows for meal preparation, especially for those who don't want to eat out all of the time on a multi-day visit. I recommend this place for those looking for simple comforts in a great location.

Met all my needs. Close to highway with out the noise; close to eating/shopping choices; staff was extremely welcoming, helpful & friendly and location close to reason I was in Toldeo. We only needed lodging for 1 night but appreciate the set up for extended stay especially since our son in the military has utilized lodging for a few days to months at times.
