Truly above and beyond Called ahead to the front desk to confirm our room would be pet friendly for our cats. Manager William Brown answered and I can tell you in all sincerity I have never felt like my business was more valued and appreciated than I did at this stay. Every interaction with the staff was positive, and the manager went way above the average expectations for a hotel at this price point. Ok stay Was ok
The staff was great, and the place was clean. It needs updating, old furniture and carpeting, but overall this is the best extended stay I have visited while traveling for work. Side note they did not have anything available for the kitchen in terms of dishes and cookware, but I didn’t need those items for my stay. Not that corporate will read this ,but you need to invest more into this property, because it’s one of the best ones !
