Truly above and beyond Called ahead to the front desk to confirm our room would be pet friendly for our cats. Manager William Brown answered and I can tell you in all sincerity I have never felt like my business was more valued and appreciated than I did at this stay. Every interaction with the staff was positive, and the manager went way above the average expectations for a hotel at this price point.
