Nice budget hotel. It is a nice hotel. It gives you what you pay for. Nice and courteous service.

Good location and reasonable price Although the hotel and room are showing some wear, the room was clean and the staff friendly. The location is also a plus--away from downtown, but stores, theater, and food are close. The Roadhouse Cinema is only a few blocks (order your pizza and beer from your movie seat).

I stayed at Extended Stay because I was having a medical procedure preformed close by. Very convenient

Ok Clean and comfortable. Room I was in had a lot of street noise but I don't hold that against the hotel. Breakfast is non-existent and to even call it a "Snack Lounge" is overstating it. Hot water was out for making oatmeal, coffee creamer was out, and they had a couple of granola bars. I got down there 30 minutes after it opened so it's not like I was at the tail end of it. Good location, but there is traffic noise. Location made it easy to get around and do different things. I felt safe to walk in the area. The hotel keeps the grounds clean. I am pretty sure the hotel picked up after the irresponsible pet owners. If certain pet owners were more responsible the daily pet fee could be lessened. The room was clean and large. The kitchen was nice and the fridge and freezer were clean and good size. I would stay here again, but would request a room near the back to lessen the sound of the traffic.

The only thing that was disappointing was the so called breakfast. They had breakfast bars and muffins. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. The guy at the front desk was amazing. He was kind, helpful and a delight to be around. So seldom do you find happy people at the desk at motels. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
