Good experience at Extended Stay America The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was lived in though very clean and relatively quiet except for some morning street traffic noise. Check in and out was simple and quick. The hotel was centrally located to where I generally needed to go so the location was convenient. I liked staying someplace where we could prepare our own meals. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people. Location is good, but people are easily heard The hotel rooms are basic. You get what you pay for. Nothing fancy. But the people on the balcony were so noisy! I could hear everything they said and when they flushed a toilet. If you're a light sleeper, don't stay here. If you're like me and just need a bed to sleep in, this place is fine.

Very pleased with this hotel The room was great. The location is wonderful. Lots of resturants around this area, within walking didtance. We appreciated the staff. We were treated wonderfully. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was a blessing with a refrigerator and microwave. We would definately come back here. It was well worth the price.

Choose a room away from highway noise if you need to rest, & are used to quiet neighborhoods. The rooms on the back seem to be nicer, carpets newer and cleaner. The recliners need to be replaced, but that is understandable with so much traffic, for the price. I would return again, & recommend it for extended stays, as restful & in a good location for restaurants, shopping, medical, & tourism. It is a 29 minute ride to the airport.

ESTANCIA SATISFACTORIA SOLAMENTE ESTUVE UNA NOCHE EN ESTE HOTEL Y FUE SATISFACTORIA, AUNQUE SIEMPRE SE PUEDE MEJORAR EN CUANTO MANTENIMIENTO RESPECTA. LA HABITACION ESTABA LIMPIA Y NO TUVE NINGUN CONTRATIEMPO. LOS ALREDEDORES SON SEGUROS Y ERA LA UBICACION DONDE YO NECESITABA HOSPEDARME.

new employee was confronted with several challenges upon my check in which were handled courteously and resolved well. mattress was marginal for comfort.
