great for people traveling near east tucson Probably the best and cleanest hotel on this side of town, I've been to hotels where you pay 150+ a night for less than what I got at this hotel, it also has the advantage of being an "extended stay" hotel so it has a full size fridge and stove top in the room, I paid a paltry 56.00 per night after tax through Expedia and was very surprised by what I saw. overnight stay Slight mix up when checking in, they gave my room to someone else with a name not even close to mine, but the staff corrected the problem and got me the room that I had reserved.

Good location This is a nice motel, I have been staying here every few months. The rooms are always clean and neat.

Alright in Tucson The hotel itself is alright. The rooms are a bit shabby, but are definitely not in terrible shape. The mattress was uncomfortable, so if you are staying long-term, a mattress pad would be a great investment. The staff is polite, and checked me in two hours early (i.e. their normal check-in is at 3, but they had a room ready for me at 1.) Basic Accommodation The maintenance, or rather the lack there of, of this property is starting to show. The staff needs more training as well.
