new employee was confronted with several challenges upon my check in which were handled courteously and resolved well. mattress was marginal for comfort.

The room was a nice clean basic hotel. The small kitchenette was a plus.Tucson Medical Center was across the street along with I-Hop and a steak house just a block away. There were only two drawbacks: The pillows were flat as a pancake and only two of them so make sure you bring your own and we asked for a non-smoking room due to my husbands asthma and we got a smoking room. By the time he got up in the morning he could hardly breathe so make sure you get what you ask for. Overall well worth the price.

Extended Stay in Tucson Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. There was only 2 towels and I had stayed for 2 nights. Even after a request to have some delivered, they never came. Not sure if this is the nature of this type of hotel, but there were no toiletries: soap, shampoo...
