I appreciate that I was able to do a early check in even though there was a charge. There were a cockroach in the bathroom and the fitted sheet on the bed and the flat sheet were both dirty there was hair on it probably from a previous client my hair is blonde the hair was black I took pictures and also there were stains on the fitted sheet and I took pictures of that also, the inconvenience was going to the front desk to get clean linens, hair dryers, utensils etc

Door needs repairs and was a challenge to reach front desk folks for support. Door had locking issues. Was a challenging to get equipment to use the stove and no info about options. Microwave needs replacing as well. Breakfast options was not really a breakfast or health options. Very cheap

Other than turning on the HVAC sounding like a propeller airplane starting up and microwave turntable not turning, the stay was excellent.
