Needs Improvement All this hotel has going for it is the location. It's five minutes from anything. However, my room was not quite up to par. The floor was more comfortable than the bed. For two people staying 5 nights, we were given 2 washcloths. The room had a very unpleasant odor and I could hear everything going on in all the rooms around us. I will not be staying there again.

Are you kidding me? We got there and were put into a heavily smoked in room. Our online request was for non-smoking. We got another room but not for the better. The prior occupant must've there. There was cat hair all over the place, the phone was gunked up with makeup and dirt, and the kitchen utensils were nasty. Our bedspread had multiple burn holes in it and had old stains on the underside. The blanket underneath had both cat hair and human hair (the undesirable kind) intertwined in it. Don't waste your time and money From the first minute we walked into the "lobby" my husband was like this place isn't good. He could tell from the lack of friendliness of the staff. I was willing to give it the benefit of the doubt until I got to the room. I specifically wanted a non smoking room because I get migraines from smoke. As soon as I walked in the room I knew I was in trouble as I could smell the faint odor of cigarette smoke. I spent the evening stopped up and getting a headache. Seemed Like A Good Idea At The Time I stayed there for the convenience of this hotel to my fathers nursing home. I was truely disappointed with the overall quality and lack of service at this hotel. I could not get an extra pillow for my room, the mattress on the bed was old and worn out and there was no hair dryer in the room. There were NO ammenities for staying here such as basic toiletries (hair shampoo, soap etc.) I asked for an non-skoking room and was placed into a smoking room. Customer service was non-existant! Needs Improvement I was not given the room that I paid for and they did not have anything else available.I had to smoke outside. My room had to have the door re-keyed before I could settle in. They were not able to offer me a discount for my inconvenience nor did they offer any other options. They would not let us have a late check out and the staff, although they were nice, they didn't seem to care that I was inconvenienced at all. Very poor customer service. Their job is to make sure the customer is happy - and I was not.

One of my worst stays If you're looking for uncomfortable beds, flat pillows, very noisy a/c units and a staff that don't care when you bring it to their attention, you've come to the right place.
