Should change name from Extended Stay to "EXCRUCIATING STAY" Uncaring, non-personable staff Very old, tired, worn furnishings Hard, uncomfortable, noisy bed Unreliable A/C, cable Biting insects in room Clean bathroom, frig., stove Complimentary coffee cold, carafe inoperable

Good daily rate My room was not vaccuumed or cleaned. Sheets had someones hair all over them. I had to ask for it to be cleaned when I got there. My last night there was the worst as far as noise. People were running around all night screaming and yelling and I woke the next morning to find salsa sauce all over my car. Management was helpful even though I had to wait for someone to come to work before they could clean my car.

Very Dissatisfied Customer This has to be by far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Check in time was suppose to be at 3:00 pm, wasn't able to check in until 6:00pm because room was not ready, which involved alot of changes and different plans being made for me and my family. If I hadn't already paid for room through hotel.com, I would have stayed somewhere else. The beds were terrible, they were hard as though I was sleeping on the floor. I woke up with my entire body aching. Will never stay there again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE -Hotel didn't want to give us clean towels. Gave us an attitude when we asked. -Hotel ran out of toilet paper and told us we had to wait two days till they got a shipment in. -Internet was extremely slow and kept disconnecting. I will never stay at this chain again.

Very dissapointed! I was very disappointed in this hotel experience. There was a huge stain on the curtain and on the blanket on the bed. The hotel room had a not so nice smell. People were hanging out on the balcony. Will not return ever again.

no toilet paper When we checked in the toilet paper roll was almost out. The next morning we called down to the desk and we were told the manager had to go out to by some, that they had alot of complaints about the sitution. After we had gone out and returned we saw that no one had brought any tissue to our room. When I called down to the desk I asked what it takes to have tissue in your room and i was told i needed to come to the desk to receive any. Will not stay there again. Too much money for nothing.

HOTEL SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE WHEN WE ARRIVED OUR ROOMS WEREN'T READY I CALLED A DAY BEFORE TO SEE WHAT TIME OUR ROOMS WOULD BE READY THEY TOLD US 3PM WE GOT THERE A HOUR AFTER AND OUR ROOMS STILL WASNT READY THEY TRYED TO OFFER ME A HANDICAP ROOM I WANTED WHAT I REQUESTED TO STAY IN WHICH WAS A QUEEN SMOKING ROOM! I WAS PLACED IN A NON SMOKING ROOM WITH PERMISION TO SMOKE THERE WAS STILL GARBAGE UNDER THE CABINET WHERE THE SINK WAS I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED!! There was good and bad The price and proximity to the beach were good, one of the best deals in the area. There were also a lot of good restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the promised Internet service did not work and I had to repeatedly go to a nearby Starbucks. There also was no maid service and little things like shampoo.

Manager was friendly after waiting 2 hrs to checki i called at 630 am when i was at the airport in nc after traveling from ca all night to ask if i could check in early. i was told yes they weren't completely booked so there should be plenty of rooms. i got to the hotel around 1130am to read a note "be back in 15 min" on the door. so i sat outside until someone came back which was around 1pm by this time there was a few other people waiting as well and then i got told they were completely booked so i would have to wait till ... read more
