Rooms were ok, but I had loud neighbors and I'm pretty sure thy we're living there. Outside of rooms were dirty and not taken care of. Service was friendly, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you are goin for cheap! (And they are only cheap if you book through 3rd party site.) In this case, you get what you pay for.

Disappointed I was not happy with the maintenance of the hotel. The room had a smell, the comforter on the bed had burn holes all over it & stains. So I ended up just staying @ another hotel for the night. Money wasted...

Shower from room next door leaked into my roommate I'm not really fussy other than cleanliness. This room was pretty bad. Huge puddle in my room from shower in next room. Filthy carpet no shampoo

go somewhere else Didn't really like the hotel for one the shower head was broke and I called the front desk but no one showed up and housekeeping never showed up for the two days me and my girlfriend were there. Well not recommend to stay here ever again

Only if you really have to stay. I was disappointed in my overall experience with Extended Stay America in Virginia Beach. Working on a really tight budget this trip, I wish I could say I got what I paid for but I got less than I paid for. The room was half clean, other than toilet paper and two tiny bars of soap, no toiletries at all. If I wanted towels I had to take my used towels to the front desk for replacements. not a great place We booked a smoking room with a queen size bed. When we checked in after 3:00 pm we had to wait 15 minutes because they wanted to check and make sure the room was ready. We carried all our luggage up 3 flights of stairs, we entered the room to find 2 twin size beds. We went back down the stairs with all our luggage to the office to see why we had twin beds and not the Queen we had booked.We had our confirmation paper we printed out from Expedia which stated Queen bed. worn out facility, peeling paint, dark rooms, dirty carpets, filthy exterior, nice staff. This hotel has no elevator to reach the second or third floor...filthy exterior, furniture is very old, dated, falling apart. Housekeeping does their best to keep rooms clean, desk staff is very friendly, but the rooms are awful. The carpet is so dirty, white socks become filthy just walking on it.

Very Disappointed That was the worst place I've ever stayed, as for cleanliness. Spiders and cobwebs everywhere, dirty food in the sink, gum stuck to the shower, furniture was old and broken down, disgusting. We spent as little time as we could there.

Never Again! This place was disgusting! Our room smelled terrible and we had to wash EVERYTHING including our bags when we got home. The front desk person ignored us for 6 minutes while we stood at the desk and she worked on her computer. Not even a "hello". This was also a very sketchy place and i will never stay in another Extended Stay again!!
