Very comfortable and clean!! We enjoyed our last minute getaway to VA. This hotel was in an excellent location and the accomodations were great. We will definitely return here for future vacations.

Review of Extended Stay America, VA Beach 8/22/15 People were friendly and informative. Bugs on the outer wall and a good size circle of blood on the carpet. The bed was comfortable, rm. was otherwise clean, but after seeing the bug and blood-I almost stayed in my car, but I was too tired.

It's ok but spend extra money upgrade to another It's ok but spend extra money upgrade to another Hotel. It's loud I think guest live there, pretty sketch, wouldn't have stayed if I was with any of my family but was traveling alone.

Nice hotel close to the beach. This hotel was more like a small apartment. I enjoyed the kitchen amenities provided. Nothing too fancy, but great for the purpose and price we needed it for.

The front desk staff employees were very helpful and kind. My family and I had a great experience with this hotel, however, the vent in the room is right next to one of the double beds, which makes it uncomfortable for the person sleeping next to the vent to sleep comfortably.

Clean and close to the beach The staff was great, check in and out was quick. We had an issue with the smoke detector chirping due to a low battery. They fixed it right away. The only issue is the room smelled of old smoke. It was a nonsmoking room and has been newly renovated but the stale smoke odor was still there.

Not as clean as it could be Bathroom was dirty and smell in the room. The hotel in general need updating. Everything looked old and used above its life span.
