Check the stove About what one would expect for the price, which was very good. Major concern I had was that the cleaning staff put the knobs on the stove backwards, which meant that when I put something on the stove on low (2) it was actually on high (9) and I came out of the shower to a smoke filled room. Nor did any smoke alarm go off, which may be more troubling. Other than that, I would say that there wasn't much in the way of utensils and pots and pans, but liked having a kitchen.

Excellent Customer Service. Had problem with the guests above me and the staff was very accommodating and showed me other rooms as to which I could relocate.

Smoke free not necessarily so My smoke-free room smelled like a cigar party had taken place. I had to get some febreeze and spray the whole place.

Extended Stay VA Beach Overall, ok for an economy hotel. Don't think I'd want to stay for an extended time but a couple days is fine.

6 day stay myself, two teenagers and two dogs spent six days here, the staff was courteous, and i have no complaints about their service. the lobby was difficult to find since it had a six inch sign outside the door that looked just like another room. the day before we checked out, the desk clerk told me my dogs were too big for our room. no paperwork ever asked what size or kind of pets, i was just charged the max pet fee and given a number. it is located conveniently near the interstate and in a business/mall district, so ... read more

Good for a short stay. Hotel lacks many of the extras you would get at a full hotel, but it meets the needs of caual travelers. main office closes at 11:00 so problems have to be dealt with the next mroning. Seems to be some confusion amongst staff as to how to handle Expedia bookings. My room card disabled my last day because they had shortened my stay by one day. Older Hotel It was an older hotel, or at least needed some work. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom did need some work - there was a plastic bag taped over a vent on the ceiling above the shower head that seemed disgusting to me. But it was clean and convenient to visit family which was the reason for my trip.

Good for a night I selected this hotel for the location. It was a short driving distance to the Farm Bureau. I needed a place to sleep for the night and it was perfect. The studio was very clean and the area was very quiet.
