A diamond in the rough Decent accommodations and a good location. Room was clean. Front desk polite. Location good. Room comfortable with kitchen and microwave. No surprises.

Good price We'd requested a single full size bed and instead got two twins. Otherwise, a decent stay.

good location i enjoyed my stay.. good location.. not to far from the beach.. located right off the highway so very easy to get around. since it wasnt to close to the beach you got a good mix of the local scene and also the tourist scene.

Front desk did not provide any information that would have been useful ex. where the vending or any other ammenties the hotel offered. I wanted to get in my room a little earlier, i called and was told 12-1and when I arrived it turned into 3 pm. No apology no nothing, just I dont have a room until 3, the housekeepers uusally leave around that time so there would have to be more than 1 room available/clean.

Travel at ease. The hotel clerk printed out directions for me to get to my destination the next day. He was very friendly and courteous. I liked the layout of the room. It was easy to settle in and make myself at home to be ready to leave quickly in the morning. The room was fresh and well aired out, unlike a lot of hotels that have a stale smell. I would recommend Extended Stay America to any traveler.

VA Beach The room I reserved was nice. It came with two full beds. It was clean and had everything you need for your stay. It has a microwave, full size refrigerator, stove, toaster and coffee maker. They even had pots and pan, cups and plates and silverware to eat with. The only thing they didnt have is a blow dryer and I think they should invest in one being that people go to the beach alot and their hair gets wet and I am sure you want to wash your hair and have a blow dryer for convenience.

Ok. The stay was ok. Only 2 small pillows that me and my girlfriend had to put together and share. Bathroom tub was backed up so the water kept coming up and no fan. Other than that the stay in the hotel was not bad at all. TV was ok and they had good channels on there. That was a Plus! Close to the beach, restaurants, ect. I dont see y I wouldnt stay again. Wouldnt be the first pick though but definitely not last.

First time at VA Beach The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean, and smelled clean. Staying in a clean enviornment is necessary for my health, and I really appreciated that fact, and felt safe in my room. For the money and the discount I received, I was very satisfied.

Great Stay The hotel was roomy, cool and very clean. The room comes with a small kitchen that also has pots and pans in case you plan to stay for a while. The sourrounding area is very nice and your only 5min away from the mall. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Its a great place to stay if your going to the beach because its and easy 20mins away from the beach,so you get a quite room and your still close to the beach.
