Isayas Front Desk manager was very friendly and have a good knowledge about the property and the area! very helpfull went to help me two times to show me the room and checked for me if the room is ready for me, the cleaniliness and the comfort! One time the room couldn't open and came and helped me! Very Commendable! Thank Isaias for me!

Smokey room 1st room was non smoking & smelled of smoke when opened the door—window was opened—fresh air??

Not horrid, but not great. Pros: Room was clean, staff were nice, easy check in and easy to find. Cons: No items in room (ie. dishes, coffee pot etc.) though we’re provided when asked for at front desk, towel bar was broken, hallways smelled of marijuana as some guest were smoking in room. All in all it wasn’t a horrible stay, though I probably would not stay here again. Staff were very pleasant and did apologize for the inconveniences.
