4.5 Star Rating...I guess So I get there at 6:00PM on a Friday and there is only one person checking people in.....weird. I stood there FOREVER! I get in my room and the TV isn't working. I was too busy getting ready to make it to my concert in time so I didn't say anything to anyone until later that night. My friend calls down there to ask them to come fix the TV. The guy comes up with new batteries for the remote; that didn't work. So he said they cannot move the TV's since they are mounted. He offered NO OTHER SOLUTION! I... read more

Great Deal and plenty of business amenities The hotel was located near all major roads in the area. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Plenty of room

Nice hotel in a good location with great staff Room was okay for the short amount of time I spent in it, but neither the tub stopper nor the refrigerator worked. Hotel staff was great, but they were cleaning the air conditioners that day and rented me a room without an air conditioner, just a hole in the wall. They quickly replaced it after a phone call, but it never should have been rented until the room was ready.

second stay This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. I have found it easy to locate,and very clean every time. The room was comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay again

Super clean, friendly staff, convenient location The location was great. Right off of I-66 with tons of restaurants and stores nearby. Front of the building looked inviting. At the front desk, Kym could not have been more welcoming or helpful. She was fantastic. Easy check-in. The room was nice and really clean. All the appliances worked well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience at this hotel.
