Valentine's weekend We stayed in the king suite Valentine's weekend. We had a ball. The room was humongous. The staff was friendly and professional. I actually can't wait to go there again.

The staff was very nice. The room could use some repairs but it was acceptable. The laundry facilities were slightly lacking: a change machine would be nice, although the front desk was accommodating in that respect. I realize it's not a full laundromat, but a cart to take items from the washer to dryer (opposite sides of the room) or from the dryer to the folding counter (again, opposite sides of the room) would have been helpful, as would some seating. It's ok..convenient area have to wait for the concierge. not too responsive.

Stop before DC Great customer service, room was a little dirty. The neighborhood has great Korean BBQ.

숙박경험 객실이 아주 청결한 상태는 아니었고 호텔 특성 때문인지 객실 정리는 해주지 안았습니다. 하지만 전자 렌지, 전기렌지 등이 있고 프런트에 요청하면 식기 등을 제공해 준다고하니 장기숙박하는 분은 숙박을 고려할만 합니다

Value for money As the room had a full kitchen were disappointed there was no cups plates etc but got them when we asked at reception

I stayed this hotel for two nights and the overall rating is OK. Very good location: 3min from highway, easy to access, shopping center near by. Hotel staffs were nice and kind. Hotel looked mostly clean. But carpet was somewhat wet and at 2nd night I found a bed bug on the bed while sleeping, which made me stay up rest of my sleep.
