Friendly staff, would be nice to have coffee and or continental Breakfast Available. No ice machines either.

Request must not have been possible I stay here often. They have been very accommodating. Unfortunately, this time my request for a first floor room with a tub, resulted in a 6th floor room with no tub. Thank you for all the times you are very accommodating. I appreciate it.
